I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1974. Since an early age, I studied music with different teachers in different institutions. I spent my teenage years playing with several rock bands and small jazz combos.
In 1996 I obtained a scholarship to attend the Berklee College of Music, in Boston, MA. Once there, I studied composition with John Bavicchi, Ken Pullig, Dennis LeClaire and Vuk Kulenovic among other teachers. In 2001 I graduated with honors in both Jazz Composition and Film Scoring.
In September 2001 I moved to New York City and attended to CUNY, where I obtained an MA in composition with emphasis on electronic and ethnic music.
In my NY years, I've composed music for several films, plays and choreographies including Jinoh Park's film Request, which was successfully shown at Cannes, Sundance and Reykjavík festivals; Deustche Welle's documentary Under Pressure and Geoffrey Breedon's feature film Dark September Rain among several others.
At the moment, I'm playing, composing and producing for Trip-Hop band Puracane while working on my own music and scoring to
visuals.
